    My unique process starts off with the dig. It’s all about me really getting under the skin of your business so that I understand it as well as you do. I have a set of questions specifically engineered to collect precisely the right information. This means I can efficiently generate an accurate brief — and start work on your project fully understanding your requirements.

    This is where much of the work is done. I take the brief and work, and work, and work. I explore all the possibilities, I generate ideas and then develop them into solutions. I use my work / play ethos to look at your brief from different angles, to make sure I'm providing you with the right solution.

    Step 3 Discuss

    A big part of my process is you. I have found that direct communication between you and me is the best way to achieve results. So after I have developed my ideas I encourage an open and honest discussion. I'll discuss all the options with you; the good points, the bad, the things we all like, the things we all don’t. It may be that we go back to stage 2, but quite often from here it’s straight on to stage 4.

    Once our discussions are complete I deliver your job, on time and on budget. If it’s a print job, I have built up some great relationships over the years with high quality printers who will ensure a perfect finish. If your project is online, as digital specialist will test then publish your job.
